This is the same in german:

The two are wrong, the first is worse: what does Begering Schwelle mean in german?
I do not know, as the word Begering does not exist in german at all.

As you must know, the customers of this Code Readers are also german car workers, that
 do not know english. So a proper Translation is the most important thing.

 And another thing:

Why can only one language be chosen?
Maybe a better way to let the user chose on at least two languages
 all the time, without authorization.
